f the universe is able to work it out so that Brooke is your wedding planner, consider yourself blessed beyond words. There’s no other way to describe how my husband and I feel about our experience with Brooke. They say that only a spare amount of people in this world find a profession that was truly meant for them, and I mean it with every fiber of my being when I say that Brooke has found hers. Brooke was of course incredibly professional, timely, organized, has well-established connections with any vendor you could ever need, and so much more, but what truly sets Brooke apart for me is her uncanny ability to make you and your partner feel warm, loved, appreciated, and excited to share in this special planning time. It’s an ability that can’t be taught, and deserves to be recognized on the highest level. She is able to smooth out any bump with grace, and she’s the most supportive, and kind planner I could ever imagine. I can see her pulling any and every wedding dream into fruition without fault or fail for all couples. If you’re able to plan with Brooke, rest easy knowing that you have the BEST planner in the business, and all of your wedding dreams will come true. Ours was an absolute perfect day down to the last detail, and I know in my heart that the cause was due to her abilities.

ow!! Where do I even begin? Brooke is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. And on top of that she's a rockstar at multi-tasking, managing details, working with all kinds of vendors, and carrying out your vision. Due to COVID, Brooke basically planned 2 weddings for us, as delaying our reception meant that we had to re-contact all of our vendors and move the dates as well as rethink previous details and decisions (social distancing, flowers, food/drink, hotel room blocks, etc.). Brooke handled all of these details and decisions with ease and perfection, nothing went overlooked and our *new* day went off without a hitch all with a pandemic going on in the background. Brooke is so talented that I know she has other clients and weddings, but the unique thing about Brooke is that she makes you feel like you're her only client. I never had to wait to get a response back or never felt like I wasn't a priority, even when I'm sure she had more pressing things to deal with. And through it all, I truly feel like I've gained a friend for life. I already miss exchanging daily emails with Brooke about napkin folds, shuttle schedules, and wedding playlists, but now we can move on to talk about all the other things in life! If you're looking for someone to take the wedding planning stressors away, Brooke is your southern gal.

have dreaded writing a review of the BSE team because 1. that means planning with Brooke is officially over and 2. there are truly no words to describe how incredible Brooke Shehan is. My fiancé and I knew we needed Brooke after seeing her in action at a close friend’s wedding and joined the BSE a few days later! Brooke walked with us every step of the way, ensuring each detail was carefully tended to (and trust me, there are a lot of details!). She encouraged me and gave me the room to be creative and take lead on anything I wanted to. She had efficient solutions to every question we posed and worked quickly with our vendors to help our vision come to life. Brooke was not only a joy to work with personally, but every. single. one. of my vendors made a point to share that they had never worked with a coordinator as organized, prompt and KIND, as Brooke was. Even on the morning of our big day, Brooke made a point to drop by for a hug and remind me that she was there to help with whatever I needed! The best part about this experience was finding a true friend in Brooke. We hit it off right away like we had been friends for years. She made it easy to solicit honest feedback and was our #1 cheerleader up until long after the reception had ended. As an event planner myself, some asked why we needed Brooke and her team. To that I say, you don’t know what you’re missing until you work with her! Thank you, Brooke & BSE, for making our long-anticipated dream wedding, a reality.

could honestly write a novel about my absolutely wonderful experience with BSE. Brooke came into our lives early into our wedding planning and helped us with each step, small or large, along the way leading up to our very big day. The journey to that special moment when my now husband and I got to say "I Do" was not an easy one. The world faced a pandemic. Our family faced loss of my father. When things finally started to turn around Gov. Northam placed new restrictions on the state just one week prior to our big day forcing us to go into complete panic and come up with an on the spot plan B. How did we get through it all you may wonder...? Well, Brooke. She was so much more than a wedding planner for me this year, she has become like a dear friend. When she reached out to share her condolences it felt sincere and as if she had known me for years not a few months. When the heartbreaking news came about the new restrictions she reached out immediately. She consoled me, empathized with me, contacted all my vendors, she became my voice when I couldn't form words if I tried. Again, her warmth shines through and truly made us feel so cared for, not just a vendor to client relationship but one human being caring for another. It didn't stop there...she continued to deliver the impossible. Wedding plan "B" immediately went into play and Brooke didn't skip a beat. She poured herself into all the details and coordination of a 6 day notice for a new wedding solely so my husband and I could have the most magical day...and let me tell you...it was FABULOUS. I am still in such shock at how amazing everything turned out and am wondering if she has real life magical powers. Brooke is generous, kind, warm, the sweetest and cutest, caring, professional, compassionate, organized, an amazing listener, and she is client first 100%. She will go above and beyond for you and your husband/wife to be. She will make you feel like you are her #1 client, like you are her only client and your wedding is as important to her as her own was. She is without question the worlds greatest wedding planner. I am so beyond blessed that Brooke came into our lives and incredibly grateful that we get to CONTINUE to work with her as we reschedule our postponed Fall 2020 wedding for Spring 2021. Bringing BSE to our vendor team was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. My words truly don't do this amazing woman the justice she deserves. I'm kind of obsessed with her...that's how you know SHE IS GREAT!

f you are on the fence about hiring Brooke, DO IT. Choosing Brooke to be our wedding planner was probably the single best decision we made for our wedding. She made the planning process so easy and was there to help us every step of the way. From hiring and contacting vendors to ensuring the perfect wedding timeline and coordination, Brooke left no detail unnoticed. Along with her professionalism and attention to detail, Brooke is one of the SWEETEST people you will ever meet in your life. She truly cares about her couples and wants to make sure they are happy and that their vision is implemented perfectly. We will forever be grateful for the role she played in making our wedding day a dream come true. We love you, Brooke!

his review has only been hard to write simply because I have had a difficult time coming up with the correct words to describe Brooke and her business. At first thought those words are - AMAZING, ORGANIZED, & ATTENTIVE, but Brooke and BSE are so much more than those string of words. Not only did I find the most amazing wedding coordinator in Brooke, but also a friend. I truly felt that Brooke had our best interest in mind every step of the way and she ALWAYS took the time to listen to my concerns and ease my mind. I'm not kidding when I say that all of my worries/stress dissipated as soon as Brooke came into the picture. Brooke truly makes you feel like you are the only client she is working with when in fact the opposite could not be more true. Her amazing assistant, Kathy was just so wonderful and warm and we were so happy she was there to assist with us on the big day. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Brooke and BSE team and am so happy they were a part of our big day :) I am positive there is no one better in the business than Brooke & BSE, I would recommend them to friends/family in a HEARTBEAT!

rooke was a life saver for us! Our wedding absolutely would not have gone as smoothly as it did if it were not for her. On top of that, we would have been about 10 times as stressed! Brooke is so on top of everything it is unbelievable. From keeping up with all the vendors, to creating a timeline, to reminding us the things we need to stay on top of, she does it all! If you want to save yourself some time and some stress you need to hire Brooke! If you want a fantastic person to run point for your big day, Brooke is your person. On top of all that, she is so friendly and sweet, there could not be a nicer person to work with. We'd give her 10 stars out of 5 if we could! Brooke is amazing!
